to the fact that it contains dyes, this kind of drink will stain the surface of the enamel with long-term consumption.<\/p><p>EROSION OF TOOTH ENAMEL - because of its acidity, Coca-Cola leads to the gradual destruction of enamel. Because of this, enamel is weaker and allows bacteria to create caries. Drinks that can lead to erosion include lemon water, lemonade and other acidic drinks.<\/p><p>DENTAL CARIES - the large amount of sugar in one bottle of this drink means more abundant food for bacteria. Sugars are what bacteria feed on, and the byproduct of that is acid.
